AnyRing ringtone customization app makes it’s way to the official App Store!
AnyRing, an all time favorite Cydia tweak of mine, has made it’s way to the official iTunes App Store. AnyRing allows you to create customized ringtones from your iPod library or even from a YouTube video. If that wasn’t enough, there is even a search feature that allows you to search through 4 million free ringtones including the latest Billboard hits!
Since I have an iPhone5 now, I was quite pleased to wake up this morning to an e-mail from @hAcx announcing the iTunes version of AnyRing. Of course, there are a few features that had to …
TapIn.tv allows you to become an instant field reporter [App Store Review]
I’m excited to announce a great new application in the iTunes store called TapIn.tv. I had the pleasure of beta testing this application for the developers and I have already found plenty of great uses for it. TapIn.tv is an easy-to-use streaming application that allows you to stream video/audio directly from your iDevice to the internet for all of your friends(and even complete strangers) to see and hear.
As technology advances, it is becoming easier and easier to share what you see with other people. TapIn.tv takes that concept to the next level allowing you to instantly stream exactly what …
Unfold lockscreen modification tweak review (Cydia)
Last week, a free lockscreen modification tweak was released by dev @_Maxner_ which modifies your lockscreen behavior. Unfold is a straight-forward lockscreen enhancement tweak. Once installed, instead of sliding to unlock your device(boring!), you get this smooth 3D unfold animation that makes it appear as though you are drawing a curtain on your device. Another great thing about this tweak is that it works in conjunction with other lockscreen modifications so you don’t have to sacrifice your favorite LS. There is nothing to configure, just install it and you’re good to go! Check out my review/demo of this …
Voice Assistant is a hidden gem in the dictation app world
Rating:
I was recently given the opportunity to test a great dictation application called Voice Assistant by QuanticApps. I have used my fair share of voice recognition apps, including Siri of course. Since I had never heard of this application before, I was skeptical as to how accurate it would be. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is extremely accurate, more-so than other applications I have used, such as Dragon. I spoke 3 paragraphs and there wasn’t a single error, even when I was talking fast to try and trip it up. Not only that, but it boasts …

IntelliScreenX upcoming iOS5 notification center application review
Learn about every part of Intelliborn’s upcoming IntelliScreenX.
Approximately a week ago, ModMyi reported that Intelliborn, famous for applications such as My3G, Tlert, Intelliscreen, and others, demoed their new upcoming Notification Center application IntelliScreenX. The video they provided gave us an inside look to what IntelliScreenX has to offer; and from what we’ve seen, it’s for sure a full-fledged application. Although the video was informative to a great extent, there’s nothing better than getting a component-by-component low down on an upcoming application with screenshots, explanations, and the whole shebang.
Courtesy of the Intelliborn team, we’re privileged to be one of …

IntelliID Upcoming CallerID Cydia Package Fetches Callers Names from Database
Intelliborn, the popular jailbreak developer company who has brought us such Cydia apps as MyWi, My3G and Elert among many others has been developing a great new application that is set to hit the Cydia store right around the release of iOS5. IntelliID is a CallerID application that will fetch a caller’s name immediately upon them calling. The application will pull names both for landlines and mobile phones. Never again will you have to wonder who is calling you from that unknown number.
IntelliID pulls names from a US/Canada calling database. Because of this it seems as though it will …
