This is a video tutorial that will walk you through getting a working tethered jailbreak running on your Verizon iPhone4 4.2.10. Make sure that you use the Redsn0w version in the link below or it WILL NOT WORK! Also, make sure you pay special attention to when I’m talking about what a tethered jailbreak means.

Tonight, while MuscleNerd was hanging out on IRC passing out the 0.9.8b7a revision 4.2.10 tethered jailbreak, a user asked if he had made any progress on a method to downgrade the 06.15.00 baseband. The iPad baseband has been known to be a double-edged sword in that it does allow a software unlock for iPhone 3G/3Gs, but at the same time, it chances disabling your GPS capabilities and you cannot upgrade or downgrade your baseband.
