Verizon CDMA iPhone4 stuck at Apple logo after using JailbreakMe 3.0 Fix
There is a known bug in the recent release of JailbreakMe 3.0 that sometimes causes an error with the Verizon CDMA iPhone4 where it will get stuck at the Apple boot logo. If you have tried to use JailbreakMe 3.0 on your CDMA iPhone4 and have experienced this problem, there are a few different things you can do. The first option is to put the device into recovery mode and restore to the latest firmware(4.2.8) and then use an alternate method of jailbreaking using our Redsn0w 0.9.6rc19 Tutorial, Sn0wbreeze 2.7.3 Tutorial or our Pwnage Tool 4.2.8 Tutorial.
Another option is that you can try an experimental fix using Redsn0w by following the steps below:
Step 1: Download the firmware file for the firmware you are currently on and Redsn0w 0.9.6rc19 (you must use this version).
Step 3: Open Redsn0w 0.9.6rc19 and select your firmware file and then at the options screen select ONLY "install custom bundle" and select the file you downloaded from step 2.
Step 4: Follow the rest of the onscreen instructions in Redsn0w and when your device reboots you should be able to boot to your springboard and still be jailbroken. Let us know if you have any issues!
