A small update to redsn0w has been released today. This new update won't affect the majority of our readers, but for those who use custom bootlogos and you are sick of the grief you have to go through getting it to work, this new release, redsn0w 0.9.6rc8 will not only tell you that your PNG is invalid, it will also tell you why it is invalid in order to save you some time on the troubleshooting.
