GeoHot is ready to anger his next major corporation and jailbreak the Windows Phone 7
A recent update to GeoHot(George Hotz) website http://geohot.com reveals that he already has his next enemy in his sights. He has already paved the way for jailbreaking mobile devices and his most recent success, jailbreaking the PS3, now he has decided to move on to his next target, Microsoft. According to his website, GeoHot now plans on purchasing a Windows Phone which we all know means it's only a matter of time before the Windows Phone is jailbroken, again.
For those who don't follow the Windows Phone scene, a jailbreak was already released shortly after Windows Phone debuted. This tool was called the WP7Chevron jailbreak. Shortly after the jailbreak was released the project was abandoned after Microsoft put pressure on the developers to put an end to it.
Of course, after GeoHot has it's way with it, jailbreaking the Windows phone will be here to stay!

*UPDATE* Shortly after reporting this story, @BrandonWatson, who is the director of Windows Phone 7, responded to the update on GeoHot's website and appears to be taking a different approach to George than Sony and Apple did. Bradon welcomes George's coding skills to the Windows Phone and even offered to send George a free Windows Phone for development purposes. Of course he didn't specifically invite him to jailbreak the device but this is definitely a different, and more mature response than we have seen from other major corporations.
