This is the confirmation thousands of people have been waiting for! MuscleNerd has today confirmed in a tweet that progress on the unlock for all iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G users will be available for release by Sunday (/Funday, what it is often refereed to within the community) at the latest.

As mentioned in his tweet, iPhone 4 unlockers will have to wait a bit longer before they can use their device on any carrier they like.
